The PassGMC Affiliate Programme is operated by Toval Holdings (ABN 16 155 716 770). By joining the programme you agree to these terms, so please read them before participating. You accept them again, explicitly, when you create your affiliate account.
1. Programme overview
Approved affiliates earn commission by referring new customers to PassGMC. When you join, you receive a unique referral code and link, and a dashboard showing your visits, referrals, conversions, and earnings. Affiliate accounts are accepted at our discretion, and we may decline or close accounts that are not a good fit for the programme.
2. Commissions
You earn the commission rate shown in your affiliate dashboard on each qualifying scan pack purchase attributed to your referral link. Commission is calculated on the purchase amount net of taxes, and purchases that are refunded or charged back do not earn commission. We may update commission rates for future sales with notice to active affiliates; changes are never applied retroactively to commissions you have already earned.
3. Referral tracking
Attribution uses a referral cookie that lasts 15 days from the click, on a last-click basis: the most recent referral link clicked within that window receives credit. Tracking depends on the visitor's browser: if a customer clears cookies, blocks them, or switches devices, the referral may not track, and we cannot credit sales that our system did not record. Self-referrals, meaning purchases made through your own link for your own benefit, earn no commission.
4. Paid advertising policy
You may promote PassGMC with paid advertising on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, and similar platforms, with one strict condition: you may not bid on, target, or include our brand terms in your ads or keywords. That means "PassGMC", "Pass GMC", "passgmc.com", and any misspelling or close variation, across all match types, must be excluded as negative keywords in your campaigns.
You are welcome to target generic industry terms such as "Google Merchant Center suspension help", "GMC readiness check", "merchant center appeal", and similar non-branded keywords.
We monitor paid search for brand keyword abuse. Bidding on our brand terms results in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and a permanent ban from the programme. If you are unsure whether a keyword is allowed, ask us first through the contact page.
5. Other prohibited activities
The following also result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
Promising or implying that PassGMC guarantees reinstatement, approval, or any Google outcome. We never make that promise, and neither may you.
Spam or unsolicited bulk email promotion.
Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about PassGMC.
Impersonating PassGMC or presenting yourself as our employee or official partner.
Using our logo or brand assets in ways not covered by the marketing materials we provide in your dashboard, without written permission.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, or any artificial traffic or attribution manipulation.
Offering cashback, rebates, or incentives funded from your commission to prospective customers.
Listing PassGMC on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without prior approval.
Anything unlawful.
6. Confirmation and payouts
Commissions enter a 30-day confirmation period from the date of purchase, which allows for refunds and chargebacks. A refunded or charged-back purchase during this period reverses its commission. Confirmed commissions become payable once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $100 USD; balances below the threshold roll forward. Payouts are made to the payment details configured in your dashboard. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income.
7. Termination
We may terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraud, or conduct harmful to the PassGMC brand; termination for cause forfeits pending and unpaid commissions. You may leave the programme at any time, and commissions already confirmed will still be paid. We may also change or discontinue the affiliate programme itself, with notice to active affiliates.
8. Relationship, liability, and changes
Affiliates are independent participants, not employees, agents, or representatives of Toval Holdings, and nothing in the programme creates a partnership or employment relationship. Commission earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the purchases your referrals actually make. We are not liable for tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party interference. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and continued participation after changes take effect means you accept them.
9. Governing law and contact
