2. I'm not suspended. Is PassGMC still useful for me?

Yes, and honestly it's the best time to use it. Most suspensions come from fixable problems that were sitting in plain sight: a missing policy, a contradictory shipping timeframe, a price mismatch. Running a scan before you apply to Google Shopping, or while your account is healthy, finds those problems while they're still cheap to fix. If you're already suspended, the scan becomes the fastest way to prepare a complete appeal.

3. Will this guarantee my account gets reinstated?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who promises that. Reinstatement decisions belong to Google, and we're not affiliated with them. 5. What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

Just your store URL. The scan reads your public storefront the same way Google's review does, so there's nothing to install and no account to connect. If you want the deeper comparison, you can also enter your Merchant Center settings, and the report will check them against what your website actually says, line by line. A scan takes a few minutes, and your report comes with a downloadable PDF.

6. Is my store's data safe?

Yes. We scan what's publicly visible on your storefront, the same pages any visitor or crawler can see, and we never ask for your Shopify or Google credentials. Your reports are private to your account, and if you upload a screenshot during verification, it's read once and immediately discarded, never stored.
