These terms govern your use of PassGMC, a service operated by Toval Holdings (ABN 16 155 716 770) ("PassGMC", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, and the most important points are: PassGMC is an automated readiness tool, we are not affiliated with Google, and no one can guarantee what Google decides.
What PassGMC is
PassGMC is a self-serve, automated service that scans the publicly available content of your store, scores its readiness against the signals Google Merchant Center reviews care about, and produces a detailed report with prioritised fixes and a reason-specific appeal package. It is a diagnostic and preparation tool. It does not access your store's admin systems and it does not communicate with Google on your behalf.
Not affiliated with Google, and no guarantees
PassGMC is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, and Google Merchant Center is a trademark of Google. Reinstatement and approval decisions belong entirely to Google. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in approval, reinstatement, or any particular outcome. What we provide is readiness: finding the problems Google's review is likely to find, and preparing the strongest honest appeal you can make.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, including in any Merchant Center settings you enter for comparison and any attestation answers you give. You may only scan stores that you own or are authorised to assess.
Scan packs and payment
Scans are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on our pricing page, processed securely by Stripe. Packs are not subscriptions, there is no recurring charge, and your scans never expire. One credit is used per successfully completed scan. If a scan fails to complete, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Fair use
Scan credits are for genuine store assessments. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits or technical protections, misuse the affiliate programme, resell PassGMC reports as your own automated service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
Your report and our platform
Your reports and appeal packages are yours to use for your business, including sharing them with Google in an appeal. The PassGMC platform itself, including our scoring rubric, templates, software, and brand, remains the intellectual property of Toval Holdings.
Affiliate programme
Participation in the PassGMC affiliate programme is governed by the separate Affiliate Programme Terms available on this site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Toval Holdings for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the scan pack giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for Google's decisions, for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent the law allows.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may improve or modify the service over time, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page and its date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
